Hillary Carrigan is a Regional-Emmy award winning Director/Editor based in New York City and known for her contributions to Film/TV. She values projects that foster creativity, storytelling, and change and jumps at opportunities to tell stories centered around the arts, identity, education, and equality.

Her digital work alone has been viewed online over 50 million times across platforms and her creative work has been officially selected for film festivals including: Inwood Film Festival, Independent Shorts Awards (LA), Toronto International Women Film Festival, The Master of Art Film Festival, Mediawave, SPLIT VideoArt Fest, in additional to being seen across the world in festivals from Chicago to The Netherlands. She logs what she watches on Letterboxd, loves to edit or contribute to indies as an additional or contributing editor or post-production consultant.

She is a recipient of the 2022-2023 Inwood Art Works Filmmaker Fund and a grantee from The Creative Heights Society for a short film she wrote and directed titled, “NANA” - an official selection of the 2024 Inwood Film Festival and short-listed for The Independent Shorts Awards in Los Angeles 2024.

Hillary is a member of SAG-AFTRA and The Motion Picture Editors Guild, I.A.T.S.E. Local 700 (New York).
